The Australian Institute for Care Development (AICD) is a specialist provider of training in aged care courses and education, as well as community care and retirement living training programs. Our aged care courses are available via traditional (face-to-face), on-line (e-learning) and open learning (distance learning) methods. We offer nationally accredited Aged Care courses and tailor-made for industry aged care, community care and retirement living training programs.

The AICD is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is the Education and Training Division of Aged Care Qld Inc. , which is the peak body for the aged care, community care and retirement living industry in Queensland.

The AICD consults with industry to ensure the Aged Care Courses delivered provide employers with ‘job-ready’ employees.
