A Happy New Year to one and all, and may we introduce the new Aged Care Qld educational service, the ACQ Education Institute. We have changed our name to reflect our broader educational scope, as we extend our services to include training in all areas of community, aged and retirement living as well as accredited, nationally recognised qualifications. The ACQ Education Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is the Education and Training Division of Aged Care Queensland Inc, the peak industry body for the Aged Care Industry in Queensland.

The Institute is a specialist provider for aged care, community care and retirement living.  Courses can be delivered face to face in a traditional class-room environment, virtually through our internet-based classroom, on-line and self-paced via distance learning.

Our courses are practically oriented and designed to introduce knowledge, skills, values and attitudes which promote quality care. At the completion of the community services courses, students will be competent in performing a range of duties within community or residential settings with a particular emphasis on quality care systems.

The Institute works with the Aged Care Industry to deliver industry relevant courses to students, thus providing employers with "job ready" employees.
